A business that extends beyond the website.
Selling plants online brings product information, customer expectations, sales channels, and shipping into the same picture. My work has spanned those areas rather than stopping at the storefront.

Helping customers understand what they’re buying.
Product presentation and content are central to the shopping experience. This part of the work connects the storefront with the information customers need before choosing a plant.
Expanding where the business sells.
My work has included adding sales channels such as Walmart, Lowe’s, and Mathis Home. Marketplace expansion connects product content and channel requirements with the operational work needed to support orders.
Working on what happens after the sale.
Shipping and operational improvements have also been part of my role. This experience informs how I think about ecommerce: a change on the website needs to make sense for the business fulfilling the order.
